RETURN POLICY

We’re not happy until you’re happy. If you’re not loving your new gear, send it back for a full refund. We want your feedback. Trust, we can take it. Anything you have to say will help us improve Thirty6ix.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Send us the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in it’s orginial packaging, and without the original postage. In return, we will fully refund your money. Return shipping fees are excluded from the refund. In the (unlikely) case of damaged goods, we will cover the costs of the return postage along with the refund.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Inform us about the return by sending an email to service@36golfco.com with your details and products that you are going to return to us. If you feel like it let us know why you don’t love it. Your feedback is very important to us.

All returns must be sent using a service that provides a tracking number and insurance to cover against delays, lost packages or damage in transit. Any returns that don’t comply may be declined.

We know, we know… We’re usually pretty chill, but we have to play hardball here to protect against fraud.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNED?

Returned items will be inspected and processed within 7 business days of us receiving the order. We will contact you as soon as the process is completed. From there, it will take up to 10 business for the funds to be credited back to you depending on your bank/card provider.
